Without relying on external heat sources, high pressure and high temperatures are generated through friction and compression, eliminating the traditional issues of unstable temperatures and temperature limitations inherent in friction‑based heating. This ensures that the gelatinization temperature of pure rice can be precisely controlled while fully accommodating the processing of various grains and cereals, guaranteeing that rice noodles and rice vermicelli remain firm and do not break during cooking, with a delightfully chewy, smooth, and refreshing texture.
The single-sided cutting powder length ranges from 250 to 1,400 millimeters, offering a wide range of cutting lengths. At the same time, the capacity of the powder collection box has been increased from the industry-standard 15–20 rods to 150 rods, significantly reducing the frequency of rod changes and providing favorable conditions for achieving automation and labor savings.
