Thoroughly clean the device body.

First, disconnect the power supply and drain any remaining water from the noodle powder tank. Then, using a food-grade cleaning agent together with a soft-bristled brush, scrub the tank walls and bottom to remove any residual rice flour and limescale.

Clean the conveyor chain, hanging rod brackets, and guide wheels. Use a high-pressure water gun to flush away the sticky rice flour lodged in the crevices, then rinse thoroughly with clean water several times to ensure no detergent residue remains.

Remove the hanging rod, wipe off the rice flour residue from each surface one by one, let it dry completely, and then arrange them neatly to prevent deformation.

Clean the water temperature control probe and the water level sensor, and wipe away any surface moisture with a dry cloth to prevent sensor malfunction. 
Quickly inspect the moving parts.

Observe the tightness of the conveyor chain. Gently pull on the chain with your hand; if the slack exceeds 1 cm, you’ll need to make fine adjustments to the tensioning device.

Check the engagement between the chain and gears for any signs of jamming or unusual noises, and promptly remove any debris that may be缠绕.

Wipe the equipment casing and control panel to keep the surfaces clean and dry, preventing moisture from damaging the electrical components.
