1. All maintenance operations must begin with power disconnection; cleaning or disassembly while the equipment is energized is strictly prohibited.
2. Cleaning supplies must use food-grade专用 cleaners; strong acids and strong bases must not be used, as they could corrode equipment and contaminate the rice noodles.
3. After maintenance, keep detailed records, including cleaning dates, lubrication points, replaced components, and calibration results of parameters, to facilitate traceability of the equipment’s condition.
4. When the equipment is to be left unused for an extended period (over 3 days), drain all water from the pool, thoroughly dry the interior of the equipment, disconnect the main power supply, and cover it with a dustproof cover.
