For transmission components such as conveyor chains, gears, and bearings, apply food-grade lubricant (industrial lubricants are prohibited to avoid contaminating food). The amount applied should be sufficient to form a thin oil film on the surface; any excess lubricant should be wiped clean.
Check the hanging rod for rust or deformation. Light rust can be treated with a food-grade rust remover, and severely deformed rods should be replaced promptly.
Function calibration
Calibrate the temperature control system: Set the standard water temperature (e.g., 35℃), use a thermometer to measure the actual water temperature in the pool, and if the deviation exceeds ±2℃, contact maintenance personnel to adjust the sensor parameters.
Test the water level control function: Start automatic water refilling and verify that the water level accurately stops at the set position, preventing overflow or insufficient water levels.
